Purchase issues

Ive played this game for over a year and the game itself is good but beware of the developers. Take screenshots of any pack before you purchase because at times they dont give you everything that the pack was suppose to have. The customer service is horrible and they always play dumb on every purchase issue. I have 3 accounts that are VIP 11, 10 & 9, they always try and give me less on packs so Ive learned to take screenshots of everything. You might ask, why do I still play? Well Im invested but also I like the game I just hate their customer service team and developers.
